We’re hiring: Marketing Manager (m/f)

At L&A Real Estate Partners, we believe that success starts with great communication and a strong strategy. We're looking for a creative, self-driven, and digitally minded Marketing Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy

• Manage social media platforms and digital communication campaigns

• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, articles) for various channels

• Support promotional actions, events, and marketing campaigns

• Monitor and analyze results, with a focus on continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management

• Creativity and strong visual storytelling skills

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.

• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and time management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good command of the English language
